How to purchase a Solo plan
Access your event in the Eventee administration.
Open Dashboard -> Overview page, and click on the green Upgrade button.
Select a Solo plan.
Fill in your email address, country, and zip code if needed.
Add a VAT number, discount, or add-on.
Proceed with payment.
How to purchase a Business or Enterprise plan
Access your event in Eventee administration.
Open Dashboard -> Overview page, and click on the green Upgrade button.
Select Business or Enterprise plan.
Fill in your email address, country, and zip code.
Add a VAT number or discount.

Add a VAT number
Open the payment page, and make sure you see fields for your card information.
Below the Eventee logo in the right corner, there should be a small green text Add VAT number.
Fill in the necessary information and click Apply

Add a discount
Open the payment page, and make sure you see fields for your card information.
Right below Eventee logo, there should be a green underlined text Add discount, click on it.
Type in your discount code and click on Add discount.
Check if the discounted price is correct and proceed with a payment.

How to purchase an add-on
You can purchase add-ons directly through the web admin only for Solo plan. If you wish to purchase add-on for Business or Enterprise plans, please contact us at [email protected].
For Solo plan:
Open the Solo plan payment page.
Fill in your email, country and zip code and click on Continue.
Select your add-ons on right side of the page.
